All products served in the Trattoria, mostly typical of the area, are chosen personally by the owner, Anna. The menu offers a wide selection of bresaola, traditional local dishes such as sciatt and pizzoccheri, buckwheat crepes, grilled meat, mushrooms and game, not forgetting, of course, the typical polenta made from both maize and buckwheat flours.

Special care is given to the selection of cheese, which always includes the local DOP cheeses of Valtellina, Bitto and Valtellina Casera.
